”Studi Kelayakan Pembangunan Klinik Perawatan Luka Di Denpasar”
Perkembangan perawatan luka berkembang dengan sangat pesat di dunia kesehatan. Metode perawatan luka yang berkembang saat ini adalah perawatan luka dengan menggunakan prinsip moisture balance ini dikenal sebagai metode modern dressing dan memakai alat ganti balut yang lebih modern dan obat khusus penyembuhan luka. Metode tersebut belum begitu familiar bagi perawat di Indonesia, khususnya perawat di Rumah Sakit Umum di Denpasar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui layak tidaknya investasi Pembangunan Klinik Perawatan Luka di Denpasar ditinjau dari aspek pemasaran dan keuangan.
Teknik analisis aspek pasar dan pemasaran yakni memprediksi penggunaan layanan klinik rawat luka menggunakan Linear Regression Analysis – curve estimation, sedangkan tehnik analisis keuangan menggunakan metode Payback Period, Net Present Value, Internal Rate of Return, dan Analisis Sensitifitas
Hasil penelitian aspek pasar dan pemasaran yaitu prediksi pengguna Klinik Rawat Luka di Denpasar cenderung mengalami peningkatan dari tahun ke tahun dalam kurun waktu prediksi selama sepuluh tahun, dan apabila dibandingkan dengan kapasitas layanan rawat luka dari klinik yang akan dibangun menunjukkan bahwa ada potensi pasar & pemasaran dari rencana pembangunan klinik ini. Hasil pengukuran aspek keuangan menunjukkan bahwa Payback Period lebih rendah dari umur proyek yaitu 5 tahun, 1 bulan, 13 hari ; Net Present Value positif yaitu Rp. 242.166.080 ; Internal Rate of Return lebih besar dari Coc yaitu 16,53% dan dari hasil analisis sensitivitas juga memperoleh hasil yang layak yaitu pada kondisi pesimis, Payback Period lebih rendah dari umur proyek yaitu 5 tahun, 5 bulan, 27 hari ; Net Present Value positif yaitu Rp. 173.963.890; Internal Rate of Return lebih besar dari Coc yaitu 15,02%, pada kondisi optimis menunjukan bahwa Payback Period lebih rendah dari umur proyek yaitu 4 tahun, 2 bulan, 3 hari ; Net Present Value positif yaitu Rp. 456.447.770; Internal Rate of Return lebih besar dari Coc yaitu 24,43%.
Setelah mengetahui hasil analisis kelayakan yang dilakukan terhadap investasi dari klinik rawat luka di Denpasar dapat disimpulkan bahwa dari aspek pasar dan pemasaran serta aspek keuangan pembangunan klinik perawatan luka di denpasar layak untuk dilakukan

ABSTRACT
“Feasibility Study on Development of Wound Care Clinic in Denpasar”
The development of wound care expands so rapidly in the world of health today. The methods of wound care that developing today is the treatment of wounds using a moisture balance principle is known as modern dressing methods and using more modern bandage and specific treatment of wound medicine. The method is not so familiar to nurses in Indonesia, particularly the nurses at the General Hospital in Denpasar. The purpose of this study was to determine appropriateness of Wound Care Clinic Development investment in Denpasar in terms of market and marketing aspects and financial aspects.
Analysis techniques aspects of the market and marketing predictions that the use of wound care clinic services using Linear Regression Analysis – estimation curve, while the techniques of financial analysis using the Payback Period, Net Present Value, Internal Rate of Return and Sensitivity Analysis.
The results of analysis market and marketing aspects, the predictions of Ambulatory Wound Clinic users in general the number of injuries clinic service users has a tendency to increase from year to year within ten-year predictions, and when compared to the capacity of the wound care clinic services will be develoved showing that there is market potential and marketing on this clinical development plan. Financial aspects of the measurement results show that the Payback Period lower than the project life is 5 years,1 months, 13 days ; Net Present Value is positive Rp. 242.166.080; Internal Rate of Return larger than Coc is 16,53 % and the result of sensitivity analysis also gain feasible result that showing on pessimist condition Payback Period lower than the project life is 5 years, 3 months, 27 days ; Net Present Value is positive Rp. 173.963.890; Internal Rate of Return larger than Coc is 15,02 %, and optimist condition showing that Payback Period lower than the project life is 4 years, 2 months, 3 days ; Net Present Value is positive Rp. 456.447.770; Internal Rate of Return larger than Coc is 24,43 %.
After knowing the results of the feasibility analysis conducted on the investment of wound care clinic in Denpasar, could be concluded that analysis of market and marketing aspects and analysis financial aspects of wound care clinic development in Denpasar is feasible to be conducted.
